Snoring Remedies & Solutions

As with most snoring remedies, some adjustment of The Air Machine™ is typically needed before use (although it may fit perfectly out of the box). The Air Machine™ anti snoring device is constructed from a type of plastic that can be adjusted slightly. To make sure the device is comfortable for you and to begin experiencing snoring relief, follow these steps:

  1. Select the size most likely to fit your nose - Reference Sizing, Inserting and Fitting The Air Machine™

  2. Check your nostril configuration in the mirror – are they parallel like Figure A below – or are your nostrils at more of an angle like Figure B below?

    If your nostrils are more like Figure A – parallel – then limited adjustments are required to insert The Air Machine™ and you should be able to comfortably fit The Air Machine™ by referencing the video Inserting The Air Machine™

  4. FIGURE B If your nostrils are more angled as shown on Figure B – you need to adjust the base of The Air Machine™ to the same angle as your nostrils. You will notice that the base or connecting strap at the bottom of The Air Machine™ has an adjustable series of slots. Position The Air Machine™ with the two slot in the base toward you and the single centered slot in the base away from you. Take the vertical legs on each side of The Air Machine™ and pinch them between your thumb and index finger and rotate the vertical legs outward to match the approximate angle of your nostrils. The base of the unit will expand to allow this rotation to occur. Once you have matched the vertical legs of The Air Machine™ to your nostril angles – see the video Inserting The Air Machine™ for the balance of the installation instructions.

As soon as you have adjusted The Air Machine™ to your nostril configuration, you can begin using it. It may take up to one week for you to stop mouth breathing and reduce snoring. We recommend replacing The Air Machine™ at the first sign of damage or weakness or every 45-60 days at minimum.
